• Logistics: We use Mapbox to provide routing and location marking for our workers to find your property. Your address data is shared with Mapbox for this purpose.
• Service Records: Our workers log the time and completion status of each task to ensure service quality and provide "proof of attempt."

3. Data Storage & Security

• Location: All digital data is stored on servers located in Australia.
• Security: We use industry-standard encryption and secure tokens via Stripe to ensure your financial data remains private.

4. Your Rights (Australian Privacy Principles)

• Access & Deletion: You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to be Forgotten: Upon request, we will delete all your personal data from our systems and request the deletion of your customer profile within Stripe.
